The copyrights are in place to protect the designers, graphics and literary artists showcased within the Den of Sigs tourney signature pages.
Copying, modifying, or changing the poems, graphics, photos, or images in anyway to make them your own is punishable by law. Minimum fines run around $150,000 when prosecuted for copyright infringement.

The Endearing sigs showcase my personal copyrighted poems on certain pages.
To the best of my knowledge most of the backgrounds, pictures, and animated clip art used to make these tourney sigs are public domain. However, I have made and used some of my own designs and the copyrights for all graphics are still retained.
